As country manager for TELUS International Philippines, Jeffrey Uthoff became the on-site operational lead for the organization, bringing together all functional groups and providing leadership and coordination for the entire local team in Manila.
Uthoff has spent over 20 years in the contact center space, primarily in executive operations roles, but has also enjoyed responsibility for Sales Management and Client Relationship leadership. He joined TIP from IBM Global Process Services, where he served as Director and Country Head in the Philippines. Previously, he was with ICT Group for five years, as Executive Vice-President of Strategy and Development, Asia, and before that, Consumer and Telco Markets. Uthoff has a diverse and exciting professional background, including roles in the United States, Canada, and the Philippines. He has lived in the Philippines since 2008 and loves his adopted homeland, even though it’s a long way from the small farming community in Iowa where he was raised.

Uthoff currently serves on the Board of CCAP (The Call Center Association of the Philippines). He is also a dynamic speaker that has spoken at numerous events over the years on topics including Global Relationships, Selecting an Outsource Partner, Operational Excellence, Creating a Unique Culture, Reducing Attrition and Building Powerful Leaders.
Uthoff holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business from Luther College in Decorah, Iowa, USA.
